Multipurpose rebounders make a perfect training partner for medicine ball exercises. The rebounding area generates a smooth return when the medicine ball makes contact and the angle is adjustable up to 60. When set in the flat position, rebounders function as joggers or stability trainers for balance routines and have a handle that can be held by beginners or during rehabilitation exercises.
