Pilates without limits! This easy-to-use Pilates system works like traditional Pilates equipment to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body—yet it’s completely portable! Attach it to a fixed object and perform exercises like those done on the Cadillac or Reformer. Pilates-Stick® has contouring attachment straps for securing the hands or feet to reduce slippage. Slastix™ tubing increases comfort and safety. Suited for personal training or group Pilates classes.
